Is this program for men or women?
                                        Contrary to the popular belief, men and women do not need
                                        to train or eat differently to develop their bodies. And,
                                        yes, this also applies to height development.
                                        
                                        
                                        The truth is that the best exercises for stimulating your
                                        mass production hormones and stretching your legs and
                                        spine do not depend on gender. 
                                        
                                        The only exceptions are that, in general, most females
                                        will usually train with slightly lighter weights than men.
                                        But the fact remains that the most efficient training and
                                        nutrition strategies apply indifferently to both genders.
                                        
                                        
                                        Inside the Height Burst Program, we’ll give you two
                                        options for stimulation your growth hormones production:
                                        sports and weight training. You are free to choose
                                        whichever option you prefer. Weight training is the option
                                        that most men choose since it develops the muscles and
                                        make them bigger, although that is not our primary goal.
                                        Keep in mind that women can also do it without having to
                                        worry about "bulking up" as it seems that most women are
                                        afraid of this. The second option, sports, is the most
                                        popular option among women since it doesn’t stimulate

Will my age affect the results that I can get?
                                        Yes, age is one of the factor that will affect how much
                                        height increase you can get. The older you are, the less
                                        amount of height you will be able to increase. This
                                        happens because the body goes through a process called
                                        ossification as it grows older. And once this happens to
                                        your growth plates, your body will stop producing new bone
                                        tissue.

                                        when they were already in the latter stages of life.

Is this program for muscle development or fat loss?
                                        Inside the Height Burst Program, we leave very clear that
                                        the entire goal of this program is to make you grow
                                        taller, nothing more. However, we also explain that some
                                        other benefits to applying the diet guidelines and
                                        exercise recommendations are: fat-loss, muscle
                                        development, risk-reduction of heart diseases, and more.
                                        
                                        What kind of exercises does this program contain? This

                                        Sports and Weight Training are good for stimulating the

I am not a very active person (physically), will this program be hard for me to follow?

How much time does the workouts in this program take? And how often should I perform them?
Workouts can be performed only twice a week, sports can be practiced three times a week, and stretches must be practiced daily but they do not take more than 20 to 30 minutes and you can even perform them while watching TV. Oh, and you can (and must) take one day off every six days.
Will I need a GYM membership (or something of that nature) to do the exercises contained in this program?
                                        The only type of exercises that may require you to have
                                        access to special equipment is Weight Lifting. But getting
                                        a GYM membership is completely up to you. Since you don’t
                                        require to spend an awful lot of time on the gym, it is
                                        possible to pay only per day or to negotiate an agreement
                                        with your local gym.
                                        
                                        In fact, it is completely possible to obtain great results
                                        by following only the stretches exercises contained in the
                                        program.
                                        
                                        However, for maximum results, having access to weight
                                        lifting equipment will definitely enhance your training
                                        results.
                                    
Does this program includes any diet guidelines or only exercises?
                                        Yes. Nutrition is of maximum importance when it comes to
                                        proper body-development. And, yes, Increasing your height
                                        is no exception.
                                        
                                        Make no mistake, this program does not include a diet as
                                        much as just general recommendations on what kind of
                                        nutrients you will need in order to increase your height.

What if I am a vegan, can I still follow the diet guidelines contained in this program?
                                        Absolutely, you can apply the principles covered in this
                                        program no matter if you are a vegetarian or not. You will
                                        simply need to modify some of the recommendations to make
                                        them fit your vegetarian needs. For example, your body
                                        needs generous amounts of protein and this can be a
                                        problem for vegans, so you will need to be careful on how
                                        much protein you consume.
